Visitors may use this website to explore speaking services, submit booking inquiries, schedule consultations, and make payments for confirmed engagements.

2. Speaking Engagements and Bookings

All speaking engagements are subject to availability and mutual agreement.

Submitting a booking inquiry does not guarantee an engagement or reserve a specific date.

A speaking engagement is considered confirmed only after the required payment or deposit has been received and written confirmation has been provided.

Specific details, including speaking fees, event expectations, scheduling, travel arrangements, and additional requirements, may be outlined in a separate speaking agreement.

3. Payments and Deposits

Payments for speaking engagements may be made directly through this website using an authorized third-party payment processor.

Speaking fees and deposit requirements will be communicated before payment.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement:

A 50% deposit is required to secure a confirmed speaking engagement.

The remaining balance is due no later than 14 calendar days before the scheduled event.

For engagements booked within 14 days of the event, full payment may be required upon confirmation.

Deposits are nonrefundable once the engagement has been confirmed, except where otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.

All payments must be completed according to the agreed payment schedule.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that event circumstances may change.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement:

30 days or more before the event: Payments made beyond the nonrefundable deposit may be refunded.

15–29 days before the event: The deposit remains nonrefundable. Any additional refund will be determined by the written booking agreement.

14 days or fewer before the event: Payments are generally nonrefundable, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.

If Donte Palmer must cancel a confirmed engagement and no mutually acceptable replacement date is arranged, all speaking fees and deposits paid for the canceled engagement will be refunded.

Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights provided by applicable law.

5. Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule an engagement must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested date changes.

Deposits may be transferred to a mutually agreed replacement date at Donte Palmer's discretion, subject to the applicable booking agreement.

Additional travel costs or expenses resulting from rescheduling may be the responsibility of the event organizer if agreed upon in writing.

6. Travel and Accommodations

For speaking engagements requiring travel, transportation, lodging, meals, and other reasonable travel-related expenses will be discussed before booking confirmation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, travel and accommodation expenses are separate from the speaking fee.

All applicable travel arrangements and financial responsibilities will be documented in the speaking agreement.

7. Event Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers are responsible for providing accurate event details, including the date, time, location, expected audience, and presentation requirements.

Organizers must also provide a reasonably safe and appropriate environment for the engagement.

Any required audio, visual, staging, or technical equipment should be discussed and confirmed before the event.

8. Recording and Media Usage

Photographs, audio recordings, video recordings, and livestreams of speaking engagements may require prior written authorization.

Event organizers must obtain approval before commercially distributing, selling, or otherwise commercially exploiting recordings of Donte Palmer's presentations.

Any recording or promotional usage rights may be addressed in a separate speaking agreement.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, original website content, written materials, presentations, branding, and other intellectual property are owned by Donte Palmer or used with appropriate authorization.

Website visitors and event organizers may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit protected materials without prior authorization.

10. Third-Party Payment Processing

Online payments may be processed through third-party payment providers integrated with our website platform.

Payment information is handled according to the applicable payment provider's policies and security practices.

We are not responsible for technical interruptions or processing delays caused by third-party payment services, except as required by applicable law.

11. Website Accuracy and Availability
